Welcome to the Backyard Opry web site. Our goal is to provide a venue for our fans to learn more about us and to provide information to those who might want to contract with us for an event.

The Backyard Opry Band is composed of seven musicians from varied backgrounds and experiences. They range from concert violinist, to punk rock band to bluegrass and gospel.  The combined talent and entertainment experience of this group is enormous.

Backyard Opry’s set list includes bluegrass, western swing, and traditional country.  We are covering artists as varied as Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Patsy Cline, Dixie Chicks, Hank Williams Sr., Soggy Bottom Boys, Gretchen Wilson, and Brooks and Dunn. This is just a sampling of the set list for the band.
